We may collect account, identity, shop, licence, business, operational, technical, session, device, payment-support, communication, and support information.
- Name, phone number, email address, user ID, role, permissions, authentication status, and acceptance records.
- Shop name, shop address, district, depot name, licence number, owner details, licence image, shop request, approval, and subscription details.
- Inventory, products, stock receipts, stock lots, invoices, challan details, daily close, expenses, assets, liabilities, loans, rebates, bank deposits, capital entries, depot payment details, reports, and audit logs.
- Uploaded files, images, receipts, proofs, OCR source files, crash logs, diagnostic logs, device data, and session records.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, improve, and support Liquor Staq. This includes authentication, shop onboarding, role control, inventory workflows, report generation, support, compliance, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service reliability.

Users are responsible for entering accurate business data, verifying OCR output, protecting account access, using lawful data, maintaining valid permissions and licences, and ensuring that uploaded documents and shop information are correct, lawful, and authorised. Users must not upload unlawful, false, misleading, confidential, third-party, or unauthorised information.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support audit and legal obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, collect payments, investigate misuse, support backups, and comply with applicable laws. Backup, log, audit, and security copies may continue for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
User Rights And Requests
