How To Request Deletion
Send an email to contact@optimindz.in with the subject "Liquor Staq Account Deletion Request".
Include your registered phone number or email address, shop name, role, and any information needed to verify that you are authorised to request deletion for the account or shop.
Verification
We may verify identity, account ownership, shop authority, subscription status, and legal or compliance obligations before processing the request. We may ask for additional information if the request is incomplete or if deletion could affect other authorised shop users.
What May Be Deleted
Where applicable, we may delete or deactivate account credentials, profile details, access records, device tokens, app account links, support records, and personal information associated with the requesting user.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, tax, excise, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, regulatory, business-record, backup, or enforcement purposes. Liquor Staq is used for regulated business operations, so shop, inventory, invoice, challan, payment, licence, audit, and report records may need to remain available to authorised business users or retained as required by law.
Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving sufficient verification details. Complex business, compliance, ownership, subscription, or legal matters may take longer.
